Best Bots of Belgium is Campfire AI’s annual report and benchmark auditing top local chatbots across key UX and conversational AI metrics. It highlights leading digital assistants while providing actionable insights to help companies evaluate and optimize their conversational technology.

Applications close October 16th at 11:59 PM. Nobody wants to speed-run a questionnaire at 11:58 PM.

To have your bot evaluated, it must first be registered. To ensure our leaderboard maintains its gold standard, every bot goes through a quick eligibility check before hitting the testing phase. Our team reviews entries to confirm they meet benchmark standards. Submission does not guarantee selection. Not all bots will qualify for the final audit phase.

To ensure an objective evaluation system, we established five core pillars: bot intelligence, conversational design, out-of-scope management, visualization, and accessibility. We believe these elements are essential to an effective chatbot.

Winners will be announced in February 2027 during the Best Bots of Belgium event. While the in-person ceremony is an invite-only gathering, make sure to follow our socials to catch the updates and get to know this year's winners!
