Senior Implementation Specialist

• Be the expert across one or multiple AI platforms we work with (i.e. Chatlayer, Dialogflow, Ada, Ebbot, etc.)
• Independently deliver advanced training sessions, platform deep dives, architecture reviews, and technical workshops
• Lead the solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment of sophisticated conversational AI systems during pilot, POC, and implementation phases
• Translate complex business and technical requirements (Miro flows, API documentation, backend logic, data workflows, etc.) into scalable, high-performing bot architectures
• Own major project deliverables and ensure the technical success of your implementations by driving best practices, quality standards, and robust delivery processes
• Serve as a strategic partner during scoping and discovery; Challenge assumptions, advise on feasibility, and define the best technical approach
• Lead (the technical parts of) client workshops, steering conversations with senior stakeholders and guiding them toward effective automation strategies
• Proactively identify risks, anticipate implementation challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
• Work with analytics platforms to extract insights from bot data and create compelling presentations that influence client decision-making and long-term roadmaps
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, analyze bot behavior and data flows, and define the testing frameworks required for validation and stability; You know immediately where to check when there’s a bot issue
• Be a Campfire thought leader on AI trends and approaches; Establish, refine, and document best practices and contribute to Campfire’s methodology and internal knowledge base
• Communicate proactively and transparently, ensuring stakeholders always understand progress, blockers, and next steps
• Coach and mentor junior and medior team members, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with Campfire standards

• +5 years of relevant experience, ideally in conversational AI, technical consulting, or implementing enterprise-grade automation solutions
• Proven ability to lead complex client implementations from discovery to launch.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain architectural decisions and technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership: you anticipate, plan, execute, and improve without needing step-by-step guidance.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate metrics into insights and solution recommendations.
• Solid understanding of IT, data flows, integrations, automation logic, and the broader AI landscape.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) and at least one additional European language (two is a plus).
• A mindset of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and curiosity.

Desired Experience

• Experience working in or with enterprise environments or digital/consulting agencies.
• Hands-on experience with Conversational AI platforms at scale.
• Proficiency in JavaScript / HTML / CSS and with backend integration concepts.
• Experience designing or consuming APIs, handling integrations, and navigating complex technical ecosystems.
• Experience mentoring peers or contributing to technical standards within a team.
