🤔 What you’ll do at Campfire
Manage the implementation process of chat- and voicebots in the clients’ organization, while building and nurturing great client relationships.
- Lead client discussions during the scoping, briefing and implementation phases
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Provide estimates and manage project budgets
- Use conversational AI platforms to build flows and NLP/intent models
- Use business logic and integrations to transform simple chatbots into fully personalized conversational agents
- Create integrations between the conversational agent and back-end systems (databases, help desk software, CRMs, ...) using (simple) APIs and scripts
- Share learnings with the team and create internal documentation
- Help us build new tools and processes to optimize our methodology continuously
🕵️♂️ What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of work experience
- Prior consulting or agency experience is a plus
- You know how to interact with corporate clients and utilize your communication powers to keep everyone on the same page
- You can structure a project, set priorities and manage deadlines without breaking a sweat
- You can work with, understand and connect different data sources
- You have basic Javascript / HTML / CSS coding skills (We’re open to someone with limited prior experience but with a strong willingness and ability to teach themselves)
- Knowledge of API integrations is a plus
- You take initiative and are accountable for delivering what you agreed to
- You know when to jump in and get your hands dirty
- Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written (other European languages are a plus)
- You’re curious and a quick learner, and demonstrate a growth mindset
